ONLINE VISA APPLICATION GUIDE
1. Stage 1 – Online Application filling and submission
Applicant will have access to the Visa ink:
https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa/
Application system online through the following :-
1.1. Applicant will have access to the Visa.
1.2. Applicant visits the above mentioned

web link and selects the Indian Mission from where he intends to apply for the Visa.
1.3. Applicant fills the application on-line as per the instruction provided in the online visa form.
Applicant should ensure that all fields are filled-up correctly as withholding/wrong/ incomplete information
would lead to rejection of the application by the High Commission and forfeiture of the visa application fee.
1.4. After filling the form and submitting it, the system shall automatically generate a Web File number.
1.5 Applicant prints the application form.

3. Stage 3 – Online Application submission at the Visa Service Centre (VSC)
The applicant submits the visa application printout at the India Visa Service Centre (VSC) at Kuala Lumpur/ Johor Bahru/
Penang along with supporting documents photographs and the fees. For address/ working hours and contact details of
VSC please click on www.indiavisamalaysia.in . It may be noted that unless the visa
applicant submits the visa application at the VSC, the application would not be processed.
