The purpose is to transfer a long-term visa from an expired passport to a new passport. The applicants are
required to submit the previous passport which carries the valid Indian Visa and the current valid passport.
Visa cannot be transferred if the passport containing the valid visa is lost. The existing Indian visa should
be valid for more than 30 days on the day you apply for Transfer of visa.
This service will be granted only if the actual visa has been issued in Malaysia.
- Printout of the online application form duly signed
- Passport valid for a minimum of 180 days with at least two blank pages
- Two recent photographs (See Specifications)
- Passport containing the valid Indian Visa
- Fees as mentioned in the Visa Fees Section
Note: Any Malaysian document must be officially translated into English.
